Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) is a gentle, precise Chiropractic Technique developed to evaluate and enhance nervous system health.
How Does NSA work?
NSA is the application of very gentle touches to very specific areas of the spine. The stimulus is received by the sensory component of your nervous system and a signal is sent to the brain to enhance the nervous system’s body-mind communication.
As well as receiving NSA care, each patient is taught Somato-Respiratory Integration (SRI). This is a breathing technique to allow the patient to be active in their own healing process.
