December 2025 Newsletter

As we approach the festive season, we wanted to share some updates from Dalkeith Chiropractic. From giving back to our community to planning your holiday appointments, we’re keeping you informed as December gets underway. Read on for ways to get involved, our holiday schedule, and general information for the busy weeks ahead.

Be a Christmas Good Sort!

christmas donationsThis December, we’re collecting donations for the Vinnies Christmas Appeal to help West Australian families experiencing hardship during the holidays. St Vincent de Paul Society WA has been supporting our community for 160 years, and we appreciate your generosity in helping make the season brighter for those in need.

We’re accepting two types of donations through until Friday, 19th December:

  • Gift cards, which give young people the dignity of choosing what they need
  • Bountiful backpacks or individual school supplies such as pencil cases, coloured pencils, drink bottles, lunch boxes, and stationery

All items must be new and unopened.

Simply drop your donations in our collection box during your next visit. Every contribution supports families in Dalkeith and across Western Australia.

Holiday Practice Hours

We’re adjusting our schedule to allow our team time with their families while still offering appointment availability on select days. Dr Paul is on leave from 21st of December to the 1st of January. Dr Jenae is on leave from 24th December to the 29th December. Dr Glenn will be available for appointments on the 24th and 27th of December.

  • 27th December (Saturday): Open
  • 28th December: Closed
  • 30th &31st December: Open

Holiday Wellness Tips

wrapping christmas presentDecember can be a busy time, and many people find their routines change with travel, social events or additional tasks. Being aware of your usual habits and pacing yourself may help you stay comfortable throughout the season.

Watch out for common holiday challenges such as decorating for long periods, prolonged sitting during travel, or lifting heavy shopping bags. Taking short breaks, stretching during long drives, and approaching tasks gradually may help you manage these activities more comfortably.

If you are considering making a health-related appointment in December or planning ahead for the new year, Dr Glenn (Chiropractor) and Dr Jenae (Chiropractor) are accepting new patients during December. A new patient special is available, and you’re welcome to share this with friends or family in Dalkeith who may be curious about what we offer.
